ADMIN Account

  • ADMIN is the login that enjoys full privileges of the system. This account has complete control over the software. Logging in as ADMIN, the authorities can manipulate, control and co- ordinate the entire user accounts, their functionalities and working. This login is intended to be used as a master control by the concerned authorities.

  • This login can be viewed as a constructive and maintenance oriented login. It can be used to create batches, allotting accounts for other entities and upload and edit profile information for students faculties, staff etc.,

  • It can be used to monitor and administer in cases of events like result publishing, issuing circulars, notifications, alerts and other broadcasts. It can also be used to maintain and manage the entire system.

  • This login can also be used to publish administrative instructions, newsletters, photo galleries, ‘about’ information and other important downloads.

  • Administer has a calendar which could remind and notify/alert important dates and schedules concerned and to do list also can be configured on the same.

STUDENT Account

  • Each student in the campus has his own page allotted in the software. Initially, the student details should be uploaded by the admin for this.

  • All the urgent and important information are displayed to the user in this login through notifications and alerts.

  • The students keep an eye on their attendance sheets through this login. They can carry out a self analysis of their performances in assignments and other examinations through the course file section. Students receive automatic alerts if their monthly attendance or internal performances go alarmingly low. This is very helpful for students.

  • Students can view the college calendar and exam schedules through this window and refer to the syllabus at any instant of time. Along with it, a function for online leave application is added on.

  • The system provides a very effective applet for online examination which can be used by faculties to conduct immediate test papers or mock exams. This applet can be further used also in other training and orientation programs for conducting quick exams.

  • Students can submit assignments online by attaching files to the application. This saves up a lot of time compared to the queue up and submit method. The same submission module can be used for project verification from the guide. Weekly project reports for higher semester students and any other common or selected submissions can be can also be uploaded in the same slot.

  • Fee remittances can be done in association with e-banking accounts. The records of fee acquired will be saved to the database and receipt will be generated.

  • Students can access the library, placement cell, hostel and transport facilities from their account. All payments, reservations etc will be recorded instantaneously.

  • More interactive sections like feedback form and suggestion window are available in this account. The review from all the students who fill the feedback form will be automatic appended to the faculties account.

LIBRARY Account

  • Through the library account the librarian can handle, update and publish all the details regarding the resources in the library.

  • The librarian can upload catalogues of each book. The catalogue may contain all the information regarding a book.

  • Our system also provides a unique functionality for students and staff to verify the resource in the library online virtually and reserve books. From Library account, the librarian can monitor this.

  • Through this account, the status and availability of all books are updated. Moreover, a lending history of the books is maintained here.

  • From this account, the librarian can obtain information regarding newly requested or suggested books by students or staff.

  • This account also keeps an in and out register. This can be made more effective by using the identity card along with a barcode reader.

PARENT Account

  • The parents are also given a specific login to the system.

  • The complete performance charts of their ward including their internal marks, university marks, assignment marks and attendance are visible to the parents here. The mean, highest and lowest performances of the batch are also given alongside.

  • The fee alerts will be provided to the parent accounts in advance to the designated dates of payment. All fee remittance details are available for verification in this login. Facilities Online payment facility also provides

  • They will be notified about all important events of the college, and also announcement of results, declaration of exam dates etc.

  • Digital reciepts

OFFICE Account

  • This login is dedicated to hand out the clerical and management aspects of the college office.

  • Details of payment dues are generated to this account. This account provides the feature of issuing no due certificate. No due certificates will be automatically blocked in case of students with dues and all the details regarding the balance payment will available in this account.

  • The office account provides the feature of payroll management. Salary and pay scale information of each and every employee is accessible from here. Along with it, their corresponding updated attendance summary will also be visible here.

  • Receipt generation for fee remittances will be done through this login.

  • The office account provides a general asset register which shores and furnishes information regarding all the small and large belongings of the institution. It also provides inventory management tool to assist in purchase of equipments and other entities and to make sure that they are always in adequate supply.

LAB Account

  • This account is dedicated to the laboratory management which enables the lab assistance to handle their job with ease.
